The Adventure Playsets Yukon II features climbing, sliding, swinging and even a picnic table for a very reasonable price. The Green UV resistant Tarp Roof provides a covered upper deck which offers some shade for kicking back and surveying the garden from above. With a good sized deck area that is 1.2m high. Then you have the picnic table down below for snacking, colouring and playing. The Yukon's frame is angled for added stability and it has safety handles at the top of the climb for the ladder and Rock Wall ladder. From the 3 Position Swing beam you have Two belt swings and a trapeze bar to let the kids "fly" all day.
You can position the Yukon Swingset with the Swing Beam to the Right or Left hand side of the main Fort Structure.

Warranty
Manufacturers Limited Warranty
The manufacturer states that the product is free from defect in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the original date of purchase. This one (1) year warranty covers all parts including wood, hardware, and accessories. All wood carries a ten (10) year pro-rated warranty against rot and decay. Refer to the schedule below for charges associated with replacement of parts under this Limited Warranty. In addition, the manufacturer will replace any parts within the first 60 days from date of purchase found to be missing from or damaged in the original packaging. This warranty applies to the original owner and registrant and is non-transferable. Regular maintenance is required to assure maximum life and performance of this product and failure by the owner to maintain the product according to the maintenance requirements may void this warranty. Maintenance guidelines are provided in the Owner's Manual provided by the manufacturer.
This Limited Warranty does not cover:
•Labor for any inspection or Labor for replacement of any defective item(s)
•Incidental or consequential damages
•Cosmetic defects which do not affect performance or integrity of a part or the entire product
•Vandalism, improper use, failure due to loading or use beyond the capacities stated in the Assembly Manual.
•Acts of nature including but not limited to wind, storms, hail, floods, excessive water exposure
•Improper installation including but not limited to installation on uneven, unlevel, or soft ground
•Minor twisting, warping, checking, or any other natural occurring properties of wood that do not affect performance or integrity.
The manufacturer states that the product has been designed for safety and quality. Any modifications made to the original product could damage the structural integrity of the unit leading to failure and possible injury. Modification voids any and all warranties and the manufacturer will accept no liability for any modified products or consequences resulting from failure of a modified product.
This product is warranted for RESIDENTIAL USE ONLY. Under no circumstance should the product be used in public settings, such use may lead to product failure and potential injury. Any and all public use will void this warranty.
This Warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may have other rights as well which vary from state to state or country to country.

Our Kids Love this Set
We had a slight learning curve to start out, we are not DIY people!!!! but two DIY novices can put this together in a day. We started out by sorting lumber to be sure that we had the correct pieces available for each part of the build.. Once we finished the product testers came out. The kids really love this set including a 21 month old who loves to slide all by himself. I have to say the slide is a great one, nice high sides and super fast!!!! The size of this playground is great for our small backyard play area. It comes in two very managable boxes, packed well and no damaged or missing parts.
Fantastic Quality
This product is fantastic quality and all parst were present! We had one damaged piece of wood, we emailed Climbing Frames and they sent a replacement in 48 hours! The pieces are not marked so you have to measure and identify before you start to build. This was easier because many of the parts have pre-drilled holes.
I would recommend this product
Before I purchased I read some reviews about the installation taking time but between my father and I we were able to install this swingset in under seven hours. I personally would highly recommend labeling the boards the night before. This made the installation very easy. I took a tape measure and some post-it notes and measured and labeled all the boards so when I started putting it together and it asked for board D, I knew exactly what board it meant. The assembly instructions were totally clear and easy to understand. I would recommend this product, my 2 1/2 year old loves it
Very Good Buy
We bought the Yukon for my 2 year old daughter's birthday and she loves it! My other daughter who is 6 enjoys it too. I work most weekends so I built the set a few hours a day over the course of 5 days. My wife would help, she could, more reading the directions. I recommend labeling all the boards. We also put the tower together first and building the swing set part last. We also left out the picnic table. Very good buy!
Solid & Strong Swingset
This Yukon Swing set made a nice addition to our backyard:-) My daughter loves the slide which is nice and fast with high sides. The swimgs and trapeze bar are a big hit too. The picnic table and the bench are a nice little touch. The engineering and design means its so solid and strong.. We think it will last until the kids outdrow it.

We purchased the swing set from Climbing Frames. My husband is a very handy DIYer. I had read all of the reviews and I was glad that I had done. We decided to leave off the Picnic Table and have a Sandbox in the bottom. We can add the Picnic Table when the kids get older. The set is very nice once assembled. It is very sturdy even though I had doubts about that for the price.
