The Sheridan Playset is a fantastic specification playset and featuring a 3.65m tube slide (including porthole windows) a fully wooden roof plus a sundeck with canopy roof. This gym set will keep your children and their friends busy for hours. The Sheridan has a covered porch for sun protection and a huge sandbox area beneath (sand is not included). The colourful rock wall and ladder will help your children learn hand eye co-ordination and climbing will become fun! The Sheridan also has an imagination station / Cafe Table with 2 seats and a canopy. There is a sturdy swing beam, 2 belt swings and a 1 or 2 person glider, for added fun!

No concrete required! Our playsets have been designed so they can be built directly on top of the ground (a flat, level surface is required, grass is absolutely fine) and comes with fixing stakes which dig into the ground for extra stability.

Warranty
Manufacturers Limited Warranty
The manufacturer states that the product is free from defect in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the original date of purchase. This one (1) year warranty covers all parts including wood, hardware, and accessories. All wood carries a ten (10) year pro-rated warranty against rot and decay. Refer to the schedule below for charges associated with replacement of parts under this Limited Warranty. In addition, the manufacturer will replace any parts within the first 60 days from date of purchase found to be missing from or damaged in the original packaging. This warranty applies to the original owner and registrant and is non-transferable. Regular maintenance is required to assure maximum life and performance of this product and failure by the owner to maintain the product according to the maintenance requirements may void this warranty. Maintenance guidelines are provided in the Owner's Manual provided by the manufacturer.
This Limited Warranty does not cover:
•Labor for any inspection or Labor for replacement of any defective item(s)
•Incidental or consequential damages
•Cosmetic defects which do not affect performance or integrity of a part or the entire product
•Vandalism, improper use, failure due to loading or use beyond the capacities stated in the Assembly Manual.
•Acts of nature including but not limited to wind, storms, hail, floods, excessive water exposure
•Improper installation including but not limited to installation on uneven, unlevel, or soft ground
•Minor twisting, warping, checking, or any other natural occurring properties of wood that do not affect performance or integrity.
The manufacturer states that the product has been designed for safety and quality. Any modifications made to the original product could damage the structural integrity of the unit leading to failure and possible injury. Modification voids any and all warranties and the manufacturer will accept no liability for any modified products or consequences resulting from failure of a modified product.
This product is warranted for RESIDENTIAL USE ONLY. Under no circumstance should the product be used in public settings, such use may lead to product failure and potential injury. Any and all public use will void this warranty.
This Warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may have other rights as well which vary from state to state or country to country.

GIANT SMILE on my sons face when he saw it!!!!!
We spent 2 hours on Saturday opening the boxes, labeling all the wood, and then labeling and sorting and placing all the nuts, bolts, screws, etc. into baggies. On Sunday, we spent 7-8 hours putting it together. It wasn't near the 17-20 others stated. There were 3 of us on and off all day working. Some laid out the next step while the others built the step before. It went smooth that way. The slide was not that difficult. The kids are using and loving their new swing set. It is quite nice and wasn't terrible to build. Have a drill and lots of battery backups! I think the Price is very reasonable for all that the set offers it is very Sturdy as it supports myself, my wife and my son. Definately read the directions slowly and DO pay attention to the hole orientation on the lumber. DO take the time to pre-drill the lumber where indicated in the directions. Other than some minor issues with the directions this set was easy to put together. Don't be intimidated by the lengthy amount of steps. It's a big set and it will take time to put together. The bottom line though that makes it all worthwhile is the GIANT SMILE on my sons face when he saw it!!!!! GREAT SET!!
Envy of the Street
We traded in our 15' enclosed trampoline for Sheridan and I only wish we had done it sooner! The slide is fast and the "Fort" is "fun"! My 7 and 5 year old are enjoying every bit of the new swing set. It took my husband a weekend to finish the project completely. Directions were easy to understand and picture based.
We love the swingset
This Sheridan took some time to assemble but was definitely worth it. Much easier to assemble after you sort and label all the parts. Our 2 year old son is crazy about his new playhouse and his cousins (age 6 and 3) had a great fun playing ice cream shop at the little counter. Overall we love the swing set. I have a 3 year old and a 4 year old and it is perfect for them. They especially like the tube slide. Putting it together was time consuming. It took my husband, with help from someone, 19 hours to put together. We are very satisfied.
