Manufacturers Limited Warranty

The manufacturer states that the product is free from defect in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the original date of purchase. This one (1) year warranty covers all parts including wood, hardware, and accessories. All wood carries a ten (10) year pro-rated warranty against rot and decay. Refer to the schedule below for charges associated with replacement of parts under this Limited Warranty. In addition, the manufacturer will replace any parts within the first 60 days from date of purchase found to be missing from or damaged in the original packaging. This warranty applies to the original owner and registrant and is non-transferable. Regular maintenance is required to assure maximum life and performance of this product and failure by the owner to maintain the product according to the maintenance requirements may void this warranty. Maintenance guidelines are provided in the Owner's Manual provided by the manufacturer.

This Limited Warranty does not cover:

•Labor for any inspection or Labor for replacement of any defective item(s)
•Incidental or consequential damages
•Cosmetic defects which do not affect performance or integrity of a part or the entire product
•Vandalism, improper use, failure due to loading or use beyond the capacities stated in the Assembly Manual.
•Acts of nature including but not limited to wind, storms, hail, floods, excessive water exposure
•Improper installation including but not limited to installation on uneven, unlevel, or soft ground
•Minor twisting, warping, checking, or any other natural occurring properties of wood that do not affect performance or integrity.
The manufacturer states that the product has been designed for safety and quality. Any modifications made to the original product could damage the structural integrity of the unit leading to failure and possible injury. Modification voids any and all warranties and the manufacturer will accept no liability for any modified products or consequences resulting from failure of a modified product.

This product is warranted for RESIDENTIAL USE ONLY. Under no circumstance should the product be used in public settings, such use may lead to product failure and potential injury. Any and all public use will void this warranty.

This Warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may have other rights as well which vary from state to state or country to country.

Great product

This Pine Ridge swingset is really great. We have a three year-old and she absolutely loves it. It was OK to put together though. A couple of the holes did not line up and you had to drill new oneswhich took minutes to do.  I highly reccomend labeling all pieces before getting started. That was a lifesaver and time saver. The directions are the easiest to follow. Overall it is a great product and worth the sweat equity.

great investment.

It took my husband about a week to put this together by himself between working full time and rain most nights!!!!  When it was finished my kids and our neighbors kids loved it!We love the set and think it was a great investment.

kids are loving it!

We chose the Pine Ridge down to price and play value.  My husband and I put this together with the help of our 2 girls, ages 12 and 7. It took us from 2pm to 7:30pm and we just moved along and things went smoothly. Not bad at all and the kids are loving it!

Good Value

After researching a heaps of  different wooden swingsets from different manufacturers.  We decided to purchase this one based on the fact that some friends of ours puchased the same set last year and love it. Seems to have comparable activities to sets that cost easily twice as much.

Good Value Swingset

Overall I think it is a good swing set for the price.  The shipping fee of $168 was fair and we got a great delivery service. My husband put it together over 3 days. He said it took about 13 hours total and he essentially did it by himself.   We swapped out one of the swings for a baby seat that Climbing Frames sells. She loves it. The kids love it so I guess we are happy too. Based on the price comparisons we did this really is a good value.

We love this Playground

Although it took my husband the entire weekend to put up the playset (in 100 degree heat!), it was well worth the effort. He mentioned that it is not a hard playset to put up, it's just that there's a lot of steps to do. It might have been easier if he had another adult to help him but he did put it up by himself so it can be done alone. I feel that the price matches the quality of the playset. It's perfect for a home playground. I might upgrade to a bigger playset in a few years but this one is perfect for the age group. Our 4 year old especially loves the glider.

Easy to Install

This playset is well worth the money we payed for it. For the most part, it was easy to put together. Labeling the boards before you ever begin will save you a lot of time.  There were a few steps where the written instructions and the diagrams didn't match up, but we noticed it before getting too far ahead. The hardware (i.e. nuts, bolts, screws) were easily mixed up, but we were able to get it straightened out. Altogether, it took us about 8 hours from start to finish to complete.
