The Oriana Pavillion Fort is one of the Selwood Products Oriana Series of Climbing Frames. This set, the Oriana Pavillion Fort gives a compact layout for those with limited space, and still comes with a slide and combination rock wall. This set includes the Oriana Fort with Pavillion picnic table and vinyl chalk wall, wave slide, and a combination rockwall ladder. Manufactured from cedar wood and pre-stained with a factory applied water based redwood colour stain, this playset will be a fantastic addition to any garden.
The Oriana Pavillion Fort features a stylish vinyl roof with an attractive green and yellow colour scheme, which covers the play deck that’s enclosed by the slatted wall rails. The Selwood Range of Climbing Frames feature a high number of wall rails to prevent arms from being put through the bars and create a fantastic cabin feel. This is enhanced by the very popular window to the front of the fort which is a hit with many children who love standing in their high tower waving down to mum and dad in the garden below.
The play deck is 1.2m (4ft) from the ground so is high enough to give a challenging climb up and fun slide down, but not too high to scare younger children. The deck measures 118.7cm (46¾") wide from left to right, by 89.53cm (35¼") deep from front to back. This equates to over 1m/sq of raised play area, below which is the sand play area. With the addition of a membrane you can fill the area with sand and use it as a sandpit. The ground beams which act as the surround for this area are 12cm (5") high. Should you wish it could alternatively be used as a ball pit, or you could add our optional stand alone picnic table accessory.
The slide on the Selwood Climbing Frame is high railed, especially at the top, to ensure children can get onto the slide easily and safely and that they are retained as they enjoy the ride. The slide features a wave in the middle to give some additional excitement and the bottom of the slide flattens to enable a slower exit to ensure children can place their feet down safely.
The combination rockwall ladder contains 7 slats to enable younger children to climb the ladder, and 5 high quality climbing rocks to provide older children a more challenging assent up to the treehouse deck. Once on the deck they can come back down the slide, play on the large deck area or draw on the ABC vinyl wipe clean chalk wall.
This playset is designed for children aged between 3 and 10 years of age (inclusive) who individually weigh no more than 50kg. The set is designed and tested (EN-71 & ASTM) to meet requirements for private residential use – this set is not suitable for commercial use.

Warranty
Manufacturers Limited Warranty
The manufacturer states that the product is free from defect in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the original date of purchase. This one (1) year warranty covers all parts including wood, hardware, and accessories. All wood carries a ten (10) year warranty against rot and decay. Refer to the schedule associated with replacement of parts under this Warranty. In addition, the manufacturer will replace any parts within the first 60 days from date of purchase found to be missing from or damaged in the original packaging. This warranty applies to the original owner and registrant and is non-transferable. Regular maintenance is required to assure maximum life and performance of this product and failure by the owner to maintain the product according to the maintenance requirements may void this warranty. Maintenance guidelines are provided in the Owner's Manual provided by the manufacturer.
This Limited Warranty does not cover:
- Labour for any inspection or Labour for replacement of any defective item(s)
- Incidental or consequential damages
- Cosmetic defects which do not affect performance or integrity of a part or the entire product
- Vandalism, improper use, failure due to loading or use beyond the capacities stated in the Assembly Manual.
- Acts of nature including but not limited to wind, storms, hail, floods, excessive water exposure
- Improper installation including but not limited to installation on uneven, unlevel, or soft ground
- Minor twisting, warping, checking, or any other natural occurring properties of wood that do not affect performance or integrity.
The manufacturer states that the product has been designed for safety and quality. Any modifications made to the original product could damage the structural integrity of the unit leading to failure and possible injury. Modification voids any and all warranties and the manufacturer will accept no liability for any modified products or consequences resulting from failure of a modified product.
This product is warranted for RESIDENTIAL USE ONLY. Under no circumstance should the product be used in public settings, such use may lead to product failure and potential injury. Any and all public use will void this warranty.
This Warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may have other rights as well which vary from state to state or country to country.
