The Selwood Crestwood Lodge is a beautiful playset, and not only is it manufactured to exceptional levels of build quality, it also provides all of the most popular features in an excellent value playset. A garden playset with a 1.52m(5ft) deck height and a 3.65m open spiral slide makes this set amazing value for money.
The swingbeam can keep four children busy at a time with a 2 child glider and two belt swings. The solid rockwall provides a challenging way to get to the large playdeck or the step ladder to the rear of the playset if the children don't fancy the climb. The open spiral slide from the deck has a curve that provides an additional two feet of ride when compared to comparative straight slides, something appreciated by the children every time they use it.
The treehouse cabin looks stunning with its wooden roof, cabin windows and sundeck area measuring approximately 2.12m by 1.05m. Not only will the children love it, but it will also look great in the garden.
This climbing frame features a higher deck height at 1.5m (5ft). The higher deck means that the slide length is increased up to 3m (10ft), rockwalls are 30cm longer and theres more standing room below the treehouse fort.
NO CONCRETE REQUIRED - our playsets have been designed so they can be built directly on top of the ground (a flat, level surface is required) and comes with fixing stakes which dig into the ground for extra stability.

Warranty
Manufacturers Limited Warranty
The manufacturer states that the product is free from defect in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the original date of purchase. This one (1) year warranty covers all parts including wood, hardware, and accessories. All wood carries a ten (10) year warranty against rot and decay. Refer to the schedule associated with replacement of parts under this Warranty. In addition, the manufacturer will replace any parts within the first 60 days from date of purchase found to be missing from or damaged in the original packaging. This warranty applies to the original owner and registrant and is non-transferable. Regular maintenance is required to assure maximum life and performance of this product and failure by the owner to maintain the product according to the maintenance requirements may void this warranty. Maintenance guidelines are provided in the Owner's Manual provided by the manufacturer.
This Limited Warranty does not cover:
- Labour for any inspection or Labour for replacement of any defective item(s)
- Incidental or consequential damages
- Cosmetic defects which do not affect performance or integrity of a part or the entire product
- Vandalism, improper use, failure due to loading or use beyond the capacities stated in the Assembly Manual.
- Acts of nature including but not limited to wind, storms, hail, floods, excessive water exposure
- Improper installation including but not limited to installation on uneven, unlevel, or soft ground
- Minor twisting, warping, checking, or any other natural occurring properties of wood that do not affect performance or integrity.
The manufacturer states that the product has been designed for safety and quality. Any modifications made to the original product could damage the structural integrity of the unit leading to failure and possible injury. Modification voids any and all warranties and the manufacturer will accept no liability for any modified products or consequences resulting from failure of a modified product.
This product is warranted for RESIDENTIAL USE ONLY. Under no circumstance should the product be used in public settings, such use may lead to product failure and potential injury. Any and all public use will void this warranty.
This Warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may have other rights as well which vary from state to state or country to country.

I would recommend this set
My 4 year old loves it. Great for backyard playdates with her friends!! I would definately recommend laying out all of the parts before building as it can get quite confusing and will save lots of time in the long run. Brillint set though once built!!!
My son loves this set
This set looks great sitting in my garden. Assembly is quite time consuming as some of the parts weren't labelled but once I worked them all out, the frame went up quite easily. Great sense of achievement to see it go up and Dale loves it. I secured it down further with some ground achors just to increase the stability. Hardwork but definately worthwhile.

Great for the Family
We bought this for our twins and they love it. There is so much in the play value of this set and their imagination is running wild which is great to see. Jenny loves the slide because it is a bit different and Dean loves the rock wall for his climbing adventures. Our older kids like the fort part of the set as they treat it as a home away from home and sit up their with their friends. I think some of the support boards could have been a bit more sturdy but my husband just went to the local hardware store and got some wood to attach to them. It took him about 5 evenings to get the set up, so overall a quick build and just in time for the weekend.
