Payment Methods
You can pay for your shopping in a number of ways, whether it is on-line or over the telephone. We accept Mastercard, Visa, Switch, Solo, Delta or Meastro. We can also accept cheque, postal order or Bank Transfer.
What happens if a product is out of stock?
If a product is out of stock we will announce "Out of Stock" on the product page. We make every effort to keep our inventory in stock at all times. However, on occasion, our stock levels do run down and we will communicate this to you. If you happen to make an order on stock that is not currently unavailable, we will endeavour to find a suitable replacement at your approval. If this is not possible, we will reimburse your payment in full.
Will I be notified that my order has been received?
If you place an order on-line you will receive an immediate email confirmation. If you place on order over the telephone, the team member concerned will advise you that your order has been placed and your payment accepted. You will then be contact by our shipping dept who will pre-book a delivery day.
What is the delivery process?
You will be contacted prior to delivery by our Sydney based shipping department. You will be provided with very detailed and clear shipping information. We aim to deliver to deliver all products within 7-21 days maximum of order unless we have advertised that stock is not available. If you wish to validate our stock position on your chosen item prior to ordering email our customer services on info@climbingframes.net.au At the point of order we provide detailed shipping information.

What guarantees and warrantees do you offer?
Each product offers its own Guarantee and Warrantee which an outline is listed on the product page.
What is the Climbing Frames returns policy?
You will be emailed detailed shipping documents at the point of order please take the time to read this information. You may return any delivered products you have purchased within 7 days of delivery for any reason. To do so, you must notify us in writing via email. If you are returning a product for any reason, except damage you must pay the costs of returning the products to us. On request, we will collect the products from you, but the cost of this will be charged to you and we may deduct this from the refund. If a product arrives in a damaged condition, you must make a note on the carrier's delivery consignment note at the point of delivery, and inform us within 24 hours of the delivery. We will not accept returns or cancellations if the products have been constructed, altered by applying chemicals or paints to the surfaces or by altering changing the product in any way that could be deemed as you using or treating the products as your own.
While in your possession, you must keep any products you intend to return to us in good condition. Products must be returned in the same condition as they were delivered. If products were delivered flat packed, they must be returned in the same way. Every effort must be taken to ensure that the return product (s) are packed well to avoid damage or loss of parts in transit. Products returned which cannot be re-sold as new due to damage or wear and tear may be subject to a reduction in the refund given.
